There have been a ton of leaks about upcoming Motorola Razr phones recently, from information about the planned Razr 60 to details on the Razr Plus (2025). Previous leaks suggested that the new Razr Plus would come in several color choices, and now we’ve got a look at one of the new options: a handsome wood backing.

Leaked by trusted insider source Evan Blass, who has previously leaked accurate information about Razr colorways, the new wood look is shown off in an image:

It’s not clear if that backing is real wood or some kind of faux wood, but the image does seem to show a matching edge in light brown to complement the backing. If it were real wood, that could be a nice material to feel in the hand as you’re using the phone, and as an unusual choice it would make this device stand out from the crowd.

That distinction might be necessary because although this phone will likely be well stocked with the high-end hardware that you’d expect from a flagship device, like a 6.9-inch pOLED display and a powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, the upgrade from the previous generation is not exactly exciting. Previous color variants came with a faux leather back, and leaks have shown that the new series will include a darker green finish than was available before.

Those who love the aesthetics of their phones might be happy though, as Motorola have previously impressed the design-minded with choices like its Mocha Mousse colorway for the Razr Plus, which gave a familiar device a new lease of life with its sophisticated and on-trend looks.

We should be able to see the new wood look for ourselves soon enough, as the Motorola Razr Plus (2025) is expected to be official launched with the next few weeks or months, with information predicting that it will arrive this spring.

Motorola has made a pink Razr with the help of Paris Hilton
A press image for the Motorola Razr Plus (2024) Paris Hilton Edition.

It’s a collaboration few saw coming, but Motorola has partnered with socialite, actress, influencer, and entrepreneur Paris Hilton to create a special edition of the Motorola Razr Plus (2024) smartphone. The limited edition model comes in an exclusive color and with a range of customizations, plus a selection of Paris-style accessories.

You’ll have guessed the color even without seeing the images, as it’s “Paris Pink.” Motorola continues to use its vegan leather material for the rear panel, and if you look closely you’ll spot Hilton’s signature on the back, along with “That’s Hot” engraved on the hinge. “Pink is not just a color. It’s an attitude,” Hilton wrote on her Instagram page in 2020, and a year later on X added, “Puppies and the color pink are two of my favorite things,” just in case you were in any doubt about why the shade was chosen.

The Motorola Razr Plus (2025) just leaked, and it’s far from exciting
The back of the Motorola Razr Plus 2024.

Motorola is launching a new flagship flip phone soon. It is slated to get an overdue processor upgrade, though the other specifications could fail to ignite the same excitement. A new leak reveals design changes -- or their lack -- that the Motorola Razr Plus (2025) comes with.

Based on the images by Android Headlines, the design of the Motorola Razr Plus (2025) has barely changed over the last generation. It retains the same physique as last year, without changes to the sizes of the dual displays -- inside and outside the flip phone.
Minimal changes to the leather finish
The bottom half of the back is still wrapped in faux leather, but with subtle differences from the previous generation. This year, we could see a stitch pattern beyond the curved part of the edges. The leak also reveals a new color option, noticeably darker than the green we saw last year.

Leaked OnePlus timeline suggests at least four new devices this year
A person holding the OnePlus 13.

OnePlus has a lot of different things in the oven right now, and a newly-leaked roadmap suggests there could be a new device in April, May, October, and November. The leak comes via Oneline Technology on Weibo and seems to confirm several expected launches, including the OnePlus 13 Mini as the OnePlus 13T.

The post lists the four devices as the OnePlus 13T, the Ace 5S, the OnePlus 14, and the OnePlus Ace 6 and Ace 6 Pro. The tipster says the products are "temporarily" named and are likely to change, so the exact names aren't yet confirmed. If the company does go with the 13T naming scheme, it will be the first time since the OnePlus 10T released in 2022.
